Uberzombie’s Peach Mango Zomb-gria



Summer is finally here so what better way to cool off than to sit back and kick back a couple of ice cold glasses of our award winning Peach Mango Zomb-gria.  Guaranteed to make the dead rise out of the grave, make a B-line to your party, grab a Red cup and pour itself some Peach Mango deliciousness.  Here’s what you need :


2 Chopped White Peaches

2 Chopped Mangos

1 Lrg Bottle of White Wine

32 oz Mango Juice/Nectar

2 Cups Peach Schnapps

1 Cup Grey Goose Vodka

Juice of 2 Limes

3 Mint Leaves

Small Handful of Baby Grapes

Rainier Cherries

Raspberries or Strawberries


Marinate fruit in Peach Schnapps for 24 hours.  Mix all liquids except Vodka, add in marinated fruit, and put in your freezer til it becomes slushy. This step is to ensure that your Zomb-gria once put in a ice filled cooler will stay Uber cold while it lasts as well as not diluting it by adding ice.  Pour Zomb-gria in a cup, and add in a splash of Vodka.  If you’d like an added fizz to your Zomb-gria, add a splash of Seltzer.  Let us know how much of a hit our Zomb-gria is at your party !!


The Uberzombie Mushroom Cloud Zom-Burger


When we created the Mushroom Cloud Zom-Burger, we had no idea it was going to be as delicious as it is. Can safely say it’s the best burger you’ll ever taste. Here’s what you need and how to put it together:


1lb 80/20 Ground Beef
1/2 Vidalia Onion
Fresh Chopped Oregano
Sliced Shitaki Mushrooms
Sliced Baby Portabella Mushrooms
1/2 cup Beef Broth
1 Sliced Shallot
1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pat of Butter
1 Chopped Garlic Clove
2 Tbsp Thick Worsteshire Sauce
Salt and Pepper

Putting it Together:

Heat saute pan over medium heat, add in Olive Oil, Shallots, Garlic, Oregano and Mushrooms. Saute for 3 – 5 mins, add in Beef Broth, reduce heat and let reduce by half, add Salt and Pepper to taste, then throw in Butter for richness, let cook down for another 3 – 5 mins.
Mix chopped Onion and Ground Beef together and form into burgers. Glaze both sides of burger with Worsteshire Sauce, sprinkle Salt and Pepper, and set aside. Grill burgers to desired temp (Medium would be perfect) add cheese if you like ( Gruyere, Jarlsberg or Swiss is ideal for this burger), smother on cooked down mushrooms, place on your favorite burger roll and do what Zombies do best…EAT UP!!

Your friends at Uberzombie have some scary delicious, easy to make recipes guaranteed to make any flesh eating zombie forget about eating brains and chow down on our bites !  What better way to be the hit of your BBQ than to show up or to serve up probably the most finger licking Babyback Ribs EVER!  Let’s face it, a zombie lovers gotta eat too. Uber-Fans, I give you Uberzombie’s very own delicious, easy to make ZOMBIE-Q Baby Back Ribs !

Season trimmed and cleaned Baby Back Ribs with our Zombie Rub:
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 TBSP Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Meat Seasoning
1 TSP Paprika
1 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Chili Powder
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Oregano
1 TSP Mustard

Cover Ribs with Mustard and sprinkle ribs with dry rub, and let marinade for at least 2 hrs


Braising liquid :
1 Cup Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
2 Cups Apple Juice
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Worsteshire Sauce
3 Cloves Chopped Garlic
1/4 Cup Honey
Place marinaded Ribs upside down (Bones curving up) in 9″ x 13″ Pyrex and submerge Ribs in Braising liquid, cover with heavy duty aluminum foil and place in preheated 350* oven for approx 2 hrs. Good way to see if ribs are done, remove foil and give a rib a little twist. Ribs are fully cooked when rib bone can twist easily.
Take fully cooked ribs, brush lightly with your favorite BBQ sauce and throw on a hot grill or inside broiler for a couple of minutes til you get some carmelization and you’re ready to eat ! Who needs the Food Network ?!
