Our hats will arrive before any of our other products because our hats are ready to ship. Our garment items have to be processed, pulled, prepped, printed, packed and then shipped so it does take a little more time.
All single orders have a flat $5.00 shipping fee. One dollar is added to any additional garment that is placed with that same order. Some items may ship at different times than others within a few days of each other depending on the direct availability . You can search your Order History for more information as to what has/has not shipped and tracking #’s at any given time to check on updates.
Direct to Garment printing (DGT) is used to print all garments. It’s a method of commercial grade water-based inks. When printing onto dark garments the shirt is first pre-treated allowing for a white base to print just as screen printing uses. This allows for the printing of dark garments along with white garments using the same design . Once the garment is printed it is heat set using a commercial heat press to allow for durable washability. We also on occasions use screen printing. DO NOT iron directly on design surfaces.
If you would like to return your item please be sure that the item is:
Unwashed, Unworn and Unmodified
If you have worn, washed, or modified your clothing, or you are unable to return the original packaging, we will not be able to accept returns as we will not be able to determine if it was a manufacturer defect or if it was damaged or broken due to misuse.
When contacting us, please be sure to indicate what you are returning and why preferably via Email (email@example.com). Make sure to let us know what you would like to exchange it to as well. If you have received the wrong item, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us once it has been returned and your replacement has been shipped at no additional cost to you. If the correct item is being shipped back to be replaced for another, completely different item, you may be charged an additional shipping fee in order to send you the new item that you would like in it’s place. If you would no longer want the correct item – and it has not been washed, worn or otherwise modified as noted above – you may send the item back but you may incur additional shipping fees in returning or exchanging the item to us.
We print on Anvil, Gildan, Bella Canvas, LAT, and Jerzees, among others.

If for any remote reason your order is delayed to be delivered to you whether due to inclement weather, mechanical failure or shortage of stock, we will contact you ASAP to inform you when your order will be shipped and delivered promptly to you once the problem is rectified.
